Jose Vasquez-Zantillan, 22 of Rome, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he forged a community service document.
Reports stated that he forged a signature stating that he had completed community service hours with the Polk County Animal Control.
Vasquez-Zantillan is charged with first degree forgery and probation violation.
