Jeremy Chad Bailey, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he became disorderly and obnoxious at the circle K gas station on Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that Bailey began yelling and cursing at the store clerks before leaving the store and doing the same outside in the public.
Officers went on to say that Bailey proceeded to yell and curse at his fiancé and then police when they arrived.
Bailey is charged with disorderly conduct
