Christopher Scott Whatley Sr, 50 of Rome, was arrested after reports said he touched a woman on the buttocks without approval.
Police stated that Whatley used his right hand to touch the buttocks of the woman at the Maple Quick Stop on January 9th.
Officers went on to say that while taking Whatley into custody at a home on Dodd Blvd he was found with methamphetamine in his pants.
Whatley is charged with sexual battery, possession of meth and probation violation.
