Rome Man Jailed After Asking Child to Perform Sodomy, Masturbates in Front of Her

Jessie Lavell Zolicoffer, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he asked a 14 year-old to perform sodomy.

Reports added that Zolicoffer then told the child to remove her clothing and masturbate in his presence. He then proceeded to mastubate in front of her.

Reports added that the incident occurred back on September 27^th at a home on West 13^th Street.

Zolicoffer is charged with child molestation and solicitation of sodomy.
