Anthony Dylan Rice, 41 of Rome, was arrested on various charges after reports said he ransacked a woman’s home on Mitchell Circle.
Police stated that Rice violated a court order to stay way from the victim when he went to her home and began to throw and break various items inside the home.
Rice was later found at Etowah Park, where officers also located a meth pipe containing drug residue.
Rice is charged with aggravated stalking, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, and criminal damage to property.
