James David Gordon Jr, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a large amount of marijuana that he allegedly intended to distribute.
Reports stated that Gordon was in possession of over an ounce of marijuana that was packaged into individual baggies. Police added that he was also found in possession of promethazine.
Gordon is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana and possession of a schedule V controlled substance.
