Charles Edward Robinson, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a order to stay away from a home on McDonald Street when he went to the location and broke a window.
Police said that Robinson caused $200 in damage to the window.
Robinson is charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
