A raid by the Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force resulted in the arrest of three, Chadwick Denard Morgan, 36, Anthony Jerome Goosby, 48, and 68 year-old Danny Rickey Cunningham, all of Rome, on numerous drug and weapon charges.
Reports stated that during the raid at 408 Nixon Avenue, officers found a large amount of cocaine and marijuana that was individually packaged for resale. Police went on to say that they also found scales, packing materials and edible drugs.
Officers added that Morgan was also found in possession of a firearm.
All three are charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, trafficking cocaine, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
Morgan is additionally charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
