A Rome felon, Timothy Lewis Chubb, 47, was arrested at Roy’s Little Garden after reports said he was found in possession of a handgun.
Police stated that they found a loaded .22 magnum revolver wrapped up in a towel within arms reach.
Chubb is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
