Devonte’ Rene’ Watkins, 28 of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome after he allegedly having an online conversation of a sexual nature with someone he thought to be under the age of 16.
Reports added that Watkins offered the “child” money to have sex with him.
Watkins is charged with child molestation, use of computer service to solicit a child to commit a felony and trafficking a person for sexual servitude.
