Roscoe Lascott Covington, 50 of Centre, was arrested this week in Rome after he was found with meth while riding his bicycle down Martha Berry Highway.
Reports said that officers stopped Covington after spotting him driving on the wrong side of the road and without proper reflective equipment.
Officers then discovered that Covington was a wanted fugitive in Alabama.
While taking him into custody he was found with a meth pipe in his possession.
Covington is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, possession of marijuana, riding a bicycle on the roadway, equipment requirement violation, fugitive from justice, and probation violation.
