An Armuchee High School student, Owen Tyler Popham, 17 of Rome, was arrested on campus after reports said he was found with drugs.
Reports stated that after detecting a strong odor of marijuana on him a search of his property was conducted. Police said that they located marijuana on him and inside his vehicle.
Popham is charged with possession of marijuana.
