Donnie Lee Smith, 55 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said he forced a wheel chair bound elderly person to leave their home without proper eviction notice.
Reports added that Smith also sold an item belonging to the victim without giving them the money.
Smith is charged with theft by deception, exploitation and intimidation of the elderly.
