A 23 year-old Silver Creek man, Ricky Clay Mull, was arrested twice in less than a day over the weekend.
Reports said that Mull was first booked in after he was allegedly found with marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his Pleasant Hope Road home.
Mull was charged with possession of marijuana and drug related objects.
Only hours later he was arrested at his home again after assaulting a woman.
Reports said that Mull poured gasoline around the home, causing it to have to be evacuated. He is then accused of smashing two televisions, multiple glass objects and destroyed drywall around the home.
He is then accused of burning multiple sets of clothing outside the home.
He was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts and criminal damage to property in the first degree.
