Jennifer Diane Thorp, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she slapped another person in the face before being found with methamphetamine.
Reports stated that a search of a vehicle Thorp was in led officers to locate a black container that contained methamphetamine.
Thorp is charged with battery, possession of meth and probation violation.
