Jesse Lee Harris, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a bank card from a woman at her home on Maple Road and then proceeded to withdraw cash from an ATM.
Police said that Harris took the card back on December 2nd.
He is then accused of withdrawing $60 in cash from a nearby ATM without the victim’s permisison.
Harris is charged with financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft.
