Jamie Lee Busby, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of a bag of methamphetamine and a drug scale containing drug residue.
Busby was taken into custody near the intersection of Glenn Milner Blvd and 2nd Avenue.
Busby is charged with possession of meth and drug related objects.
