Ricky Scott Moore, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly pepper sprayed two victims in the face and then proceeded to hit, his girlfriend, in the wrist with a baseball bat.
Reports added that the second victim was a 51 year-old male.
Moore then proceeded to smash the victim’s vehicle with the baseball bat.
The incident occurred at a home on Billy Pyle Road.
Moore is charged with two counts simple battery, battery and criminal trespass.
