David Stephen Miller II, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trafficking methamphetamine near Piggly Wiggly on Maple Road in Lindale.
Reports said that Miller was found with over 28 grams of methamphetamine and a semi-automatic handgun.
Miller is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking meth, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
