Kayla Brooke Roach, 27 of Lindale, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said she tossed a brick threw a window to a home on Old Dalton Road.
Police went on to say that when they located Roach in a vehicle she refused to stop when ordered to do so.
Roach is charged with criminal trespass and attempting to elude police.
