Hunter Logan Farmer, 19 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he tried to hit a 36 year-old woman, but failed. He then is accused of beating her dog.
Police said that the female victim was able to dodge the punch that was thrown by Farmer. The dog, who was chained up, was unable to escape Farmer’s wrath.
Reports went on to say that Farmer proceeded to cause damage to a bathroom mirror before leaving the Booger Hollow Road home.
He was then accused of walking down the street while under the influence of alcohol.
Famer is charged with simple assault, cruelty to animals, criminal trespass and pedestrian under the influence.
