Karo Thomas Zackery Winn, 32 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he head butted a 66 year-old woman during a verbal altercation at his home on Old Rockmart Road.
Reports said that the victim suffered a swollen and bruised forehead.
Winn is charged with battery and intimidation of the elderly or disabled.
