A second person, Angela Ann Addington, 62 of Shannon, has been arrested after nearly 30 animals were found starved, sick and in need of veterinary care.
Addison is charged with twenty seven counts of cruelty to animals and two counts aggravated cruelty to animals.

Larry Wayman Addington, 64 of Shannon, was arrested this week after reports said he denied food and care to numerous animals.
Police said that numerous animals suffered from fleas, ear infections, fly strike to both ears, hookworms, whipworms, heartworms, microfilaria, damaged muscle mass, underweight and skin issues.
Reports added that a pig was found in an enclosure that was much to small without food and water.
Inside the home officers found 26 dachshund/chihuahua mix dogs living in extreme filth.
The home was covered in feces and urine.
Addington is charged with 27 counts animal cruelty, and two counts aggravated cruelty to animals.
