Jennifer Diane Buchanan, 37 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Maple Road after reports said she disrupted the neighborhood when he repeatedly yelled “bit**” toward another person.
Reports stated that Buchanan had been told to stop numerous times but kept yelling the word after midnight outside the home.
Officers said that when they arrived on scene they found Buchanan to be intoxicated.
She is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
