Victoria Paige Ledford, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was captured stealing fruit dip and makeup from the West Rome Walmart.
Reports said that the fruit dip was valued at $3.38 and the NYX makeup at $16.97.
Police added that she also was found in possession of a schedule I drug that was wrapped in tin foil.
Ledford is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and theft by shoplifting.
