Michael Patrick O’Grady, 38 of Rome, was arrested at Applebees on Turner McCall Blvd after reports said he intentionally made unwanted contact with the intimate parts of another person.
The incident occurred just after 11 pm Tuesday.
O’Grady is charged with sexual battery.
