Tyler James Parr, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after failing to register as a sex offender following his release from Autry State Prison last month.
Reports said that Parr, a member of the Ghost Face Gangsters, was found living at a home on Baker Street.
Parr is charged with failure to comply with requirements as a sex offender.
