Kenneth Zachary Whaley, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with an assortment of drugs during a traffic stop on Martha Berry Blvd at Veterans Memorial Blvd.
Reports said that while taking Whaley into custody for DUI officers found methamphetamine, marijuana, Clonzepam and syringes.
Whaley is charged with DUI, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
