Two Romans, Carla Leighann Roderick, 28, and Samuel L Smith, 37, were arrested at a home on South Broad Street after police found them in possession of a large amount of methamphetamine.
Reports stated that officers found multiple baggies of methamphetamine, weighing over 28 grams, as well as multiple smoking devices and scales which contained drug residue.
Both are charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.
Smith is additionally charged with parole violation and probation violation.
