Michael Revis Salter, 55 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly rammed his vehicle int a truck with a victim and three chidlren inside during an argument on Walton Creek Way.
The incident to occurred just after 8 pm Thanksgiving.
Police did not state the condition of the vicitms after the assault.
Salter is charged with aggravated assault, three counts cruelty to children, 2nd degree criminal damage to property, hit and run and improper backing.
