Andrew Aaron Harlan, 29 of Ray City, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he pawned a TV belonging to Rent-a-Center in Rome at Cash American Pawn on Shorter Avenue.
Police said that the TV, a 55” LG Smart TV, had been rented by someone else before Harlan took it without permission and pawned it for $150.
The incident occurred back in February of 2020.
Harlan is charged with theft by conversion.
