A homeless 48 year-old Rome man, Arthur Tremaine Adams, was arrested at the West Rome Walmart this week after police said he was found in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Police said that they found Adams with meth, a glass pipe containing drug residue, and two bags of marijuana during a search at the store.
Adams is charged with felony possession of meth and possession of marijuana.
