A 37 year-old homeless Rome man, Tytrekas Marquis House, was arrested this week near the intersection of Silver and Woods Street after police said he trespassed on another’s property before leaving trash scattered.
Officers added that House proceeded to lie about his identity while they were questioning him.
House is charged with littering, obstruction, criminal trespass, giving false information to police and probation violation.
