Floyd County Police arrested two individuals, Larry Belteton-Maldonado, 17, and Christopher Jayden Reddick, 20, at a location on Garden Lakes Blvd after they were found with drugs.
Reports said that the men were found in possession of marijuana.
Beleton-Maldando is also accused of resisting arrest.
Both are charged with possession of marijuana.
Beleton-Maldando is also charged with obstruction.
