Linda Jo Tidmore, 57 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she gained power of attorney over another person and then proceeded to steal over $50,000 from them.
Reports stated that the thefts occurredt between April 13, 2020 and April 28, 2021.
Tidmore allegedly withdrew an additional money from the victim’s account and used it for her own personal bills and purchases.
She is also accused of leaving the victim without food.
Tidmore is charged with felony theft by conversion and exploitation of the elderly or disabled.
