Naudia Renee Carter, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she broke into a vehicle and stole a wallet before using the victim’s bank cards.
Police stated that Carter broke into the vehicle at a location on Vanns Valley Road sometime between September 30 and October 1st and took the wallet. She is then accused of changing the victim’s pin number to her debit card and used it without permission.
Carter is charged with entering an automobile with the intent to commit a theft, financial transaction card fraud, financial transaction card theft and identity fraud.
