Kristen Nicole Adams, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she went to a neighbor’s yard and urinated with the intent to cause further issues.
Reports said that the urination occurred following a verbal altercation at a home on Warren Road.
Adams is charged with criminal trespass.
