Stephanie Alvarez, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she hit another person in the face before biting a minor on their finger.
Police stated that the first victim was left with visible injuries to their face and lip.
The second was left with a bite mark on their finger..
Alvarez is charged with two counts battery.
