Christopher Montrai Mosley, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he beat a woman in the face in front of a small child.
Reports stated that the incident, which occurred back on September 28th, resulted in the woman suffering injuries to the left side of her face.
Officers arrested Mosley this week during a traffic stop on Lavender Drive. Police said that Mosley was speeding and was also found in possession of marijuana.
Mosley is charged with battery, cruelty to children, possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and speeding.
