Terry Ryan Hall Jr, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he entered a victim’s home without permission and then began to attack him.
Police stated that Hall damaged two doors, drywall and a cabinet inside the home. The total in damages was estimated at $410.
He is also accused of hitting the 36 year-old male victim repeatedly, leaving visible injury.
Hall is charged with battery and criminal trespass.
