Two Romans, Melissa Ann Keeler, 44, and, Floyd Terrell Massey Jr, 38, were arrested this week after failing to comply with their sex offender status.
Police said that both Massey and Keeler did not report to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office within 72 hours of moving residences.
Both are charged with a sex offender registration.
