James Matthew Thurman, 37, and Jessica Lynn Justice, 25, both of Lindale, were arrested this week after reports said they found a wallet and then proceeded to use the person’s bank cards to make purchases.
Police said that Thurman picked up the missing wallet at the Kangaroo Express on Maple Road.
Police added that the couple then made numerous purchase at the Family Dollar.
The couple made a total of $315 in purchases.
Both are charged with financial transaction card fraud.
Thurman is additional charged with theft by taking.
