An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Rodney Alexander Williams, 45, is facing additional charges after he allegedly attacked a jail officer with a food tray.
Reports stated that Williams went after the officer with the tray and then resisted arrest.
Williams is now charged with felony obstruction and felony unlawful acts in a penal institution.
