Denise Ashley Weaver, 31 of Rome, was arrested at Peaches on Broad Street this week after reports said she was “extremely intoxicated” and began to use “abusive words” against law enforcement.
Reports added that after arriving at the jail she attempted to grab deputies by the private area.
Weaver is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
