Timothy Mark Reynolds, 53 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he maliciously caused prolonged physical damage to 27 dogs that resulted in the having to be euthanized.
Reynolds is charged with 27 counts aggravated cruelty to animals.

The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking Timothy Reynolds who is wanted on 28 counts of Felony Aggravated Cruelty to Animals.
He is accused of maliciously causing prolonged physical harm & negligent care to 28 dogs & puppies.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, “Unfortunately by the time our department got involved all of the animals were infected with distemper and had to be humanely put down.”
