Orlando Cunningham, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he repeatedly had sexual relations with a mentally disabled adult that was a relative.
Authroties added that the victim became pregnant with the suspect’s child.
Police said that the sexual activity occurred between June 25, 2020 and March 25 2021.
Reports added that Cunningham attempted to avoid arrest by hiding under a bed.
Cunningham is charged with exploitation of a disabled person, incest and two counts obstruction.
