Carey Lee Frost, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession fo methamphetamine after stopping him for an expired registration.
Reports said that a probable cause search led them to find the drug, as well as glass smoking devices inside his car at the intersection of Turner McCall Blvd and Broad Street.
Frost is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, driving on a suspended license and driving on an expired registration.
