A Rome couple, Terrance Jermaine Osborne, 44, and Candace Nicole Osborne, 37, were arrested this week at their home on Harrison Road after police found them in possession of a large amount of marijuana.
Reports said that officers discovered over 30 grams of marijuana and several baggies inside their car.
Terrance is charged with possession of marijuana and distribution of marijuana.
Candace is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and drugs not in original container.
