Michael Andrew Cook, 24 of Lindale, was arrested this week after a traffic stop for not having his headlights on led officers to find he was allegedly driving under the influence and in possession of drugs.
Police stated that they located marijuana and a glass smoking pipe in his possession during the stop.
Cook is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI, possession of drug related objects and improper tail lights.
