An inmate at the Floyd County Prison, Daniel Matthew Duff, 33 of Canton, was arrested in Rome after reports said he dropped 16.6 grams of suspected marijuana on the prison floor in front of officers and a video camera.
Duff is charged with possession of marijuana and items prohibited by an inmate.
